By creating an account or using Enkind (https://enkind.space), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms describe your use of the Enkind service. Contact is available only through the in-app contact form when email delivery is configured — there is no public email address on this site.

Barter only — no cash

Enkind is a community marketplace for trading goods, services, and knowledge in kind. No money changes hands on the platform. Do not use Enkind to arrange cash payments, payment links, or cash top-ups for value gaps.

Template agreements are not legal advice

Agreements generated on Enkind are templates for documenting intent between members. They are not legal advice, tax advice, or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding local law, tax treatment of barter, and any permits or insurance you need.

Member-to-member responsibility

Trades are between members. Enkind does not take custody of goods, guarantee fulfillment, verify identity beyond what you see in the product, or broker in-person safety. Meet and exchange at your own risk. Review community safety guidelines when available, and use the report tools for listings or members that violate these Terms.

Accounts

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, harass others, post illegal content, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls.
• You may request account deletion; see the Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• List or trade anything illegal or that you do not have the right to offer.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other members.
• Scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service beyond ordinary use.
• Misrepresent demo or sample content as live activity of real users when it is labeled as sample.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enkind and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from trades between members or from use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are interpreted under applicable law. Where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply, those protections are not waived. Venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be determined under those same rules once an operating jurisdiction is designated.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
